We are contacting you to inform you that we have had to throttle the connections to your site (manzanasfrescas.com) as it was causing the apache server you are on to crash. While we attempt to avoid disruption of customer services in this case it was causing problems for other users so we were forced to take action. If you can redesign your site to be less process-intensive (we only throttle sites when they are causing load in the server in addition to having many connections - if you just have static content for example that's easy for the machine to servce up and we can just give you more connections) we'll be happy to review the case for you. It is also possible that you have outgrown shared hosting and are ready for your own private server.
Hello,
We had to turn off the manzanasfrescas.com web service because it is
under a large surge of traffic, the surge is crashing the server and
effecting other customers which have started to complain.
Also to give you an idea of hos much traffic was coming in, the load on
the server is suppose to stay under 5, your site caused 500+ load.

Hello,
Sorry but we also had to turn off www2.manzanasfrescas.com due to the
sheer number of load it is causing, we were monitoring the server and all
of the sudden it went from 8 to 86+ in about 20 seconds, again if this
the load you are expecting you will need to move to a PS server, please
contact us in the next few hours to see if this surge has passed o we can
turn your site back on or if we will need to upgrade you to a PS server
Hello Antonio,
After turning manzanasfrescas.com and www2.manzanasfrescas.com off, the
traffic continues to come in and the load on the server is still high, we
have had to turn off your user account, for the time being your
shell access to the account will be unavailable. Once the surge
passes we will re-enable your user account and your sites. Sorry for the
inconvenience.

Ok, I've moved you to PS. Please allow 24-48 hours before the
new DNS information has propagated across the Internet and everything is transitioned to your PS.
Saludos.
